About Shannon Appraisal Services

We specialize in FSBO Pre-listing appraisals; however, are able to meet all of your appraisal needs.

For the last 15 years, I have dedicated myself to the real estate appraisal profession, serving much of Eastern Iowa. My expertise spans various appraisal needs, including mortgage lending, divorce settlements, estate valuations, FHA compliance, and pre-listing appraisals. As an active member of the Eastern Iowa Professional Appraisers Association and past service on the Iowa Real Estate Appraiser Board, I remain committed to upholding professional standards. Beyond my appraisal work, I enjoy golfing, fishing, basketball and spending time with family and friends.

Amanda has been an employee of Shannon Appraisal Services since 2022 and has been a certified residential appraiser since 2024.
